Last week, on January 1, I found myself reflecting on the past year. I remembered sweet moments and hard seasons, times of questioning and wondering, and times of being settled and still. There were moments of lament and joy, anger and comfort—all woven together through the days of 2025. I imagine you experienced many of these emotions too. How do you start your day with the Lord? There are many ways to get focused: devotional reading, a chapter a day through a book of the Bible, listening to the Bible audibly, following a Bible reading plan. Something Better
Unanswered prayer. A loss you can’t wrap your head around. A betrayal from someone you thought loved you. A life threatening health diagnosis. How do you handle this type of experience? A Passion for the Impossible
Sometimes I find myself in a comfortable place, not looking for a new thing, or a challenge that would move me out of that rut.
